The contribution deals with the process of
preparing and controlling the unit bentonite
moulding mixture with the aid of software,
whether based on Excel or business
information systems of the SAP or OPTI type.
The process monitoring and the regular data
acquisition are prerequisites for the success
in both cases. The output is a comprehensive
overview including the preparation of the
moulding mixture, the consumption of raw
materials up to monitoring the quality of
the mixed mixture.
