There are possibilities of optimization of cast
steel with cored wire in casting ladle applied
in the foundry of gravity casting mentioned in
this ar ticle. The final deoxidation of cast steel
is carried out in the foundry, where there are
not modern facilities of secondar y technology,
in casting ladle with granular aluminum with
subsequent modification of inclusions with
the cored wire. The set of experimental melts
was carried out with a new way of cast steel
deoxidation in the casting ladle with
application of the combined cored wire.
