Anotace: In this paper, we theoretically analyze the massless Dirac fermion dynamics in twodimensional monolayers of boron allotropes, 8B and 2BH − pmmn borophene, interacting with external electric and magnetic fields. We study the effect of the Dirac cone tilt in these materials, which is known as valley index, through the time evolution of probability density of coherent electron states as well as their phase-space representation obtained via the Wigner function. Our results show that the time evolution of the coherent electron states in these materials is valley dependent, which is reinforced in the presence of external electric fields.
