Criteria of Creating a Phraseological Minimum for Teaching Czech as a Foreign
Language
The article analyzes the concepts of already existing lexical and phraseological minima
of other languages and the principles of selection of phraseological units for inclusion into
the phraseological minimum, setting its criteria and creating a research background for the
compilation of Czech language phraseological minimum for individual levels of its acquisition
by Russian-speaking foreigners according to the Common European Framework of
Reference.
