Anotace:
The article describes and analyses changes in vocabulary in French and Spanish language
emerging during the Coronavirus pandemic. The common language borrows lexical units
from academic language and foreign languages, particularly from English language. It can be
observed that the usage frequency of commonly seldom used expressions is growing as well
as the number of occasionalisms.
