Anotace: The article discusses the problems of ensuring public psychological health during the pandemic caused by COVID-19. It turns out that the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic for all spheres of public activity determine the transformation of legal reality and human life. Psychological health needs special attention, as the consequences of quarantine restrictions and means of combating the disease have intensified the problem. Groups of people who are particularly sensitive to the problem have been identified and the need for comprehensive international and national legal measures to address the public mental health problems exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic has been identified.
