Administrator Leadership Training at the Regional BPSDM of West Nusa Tenggara Province in terms of Planning Aspects

Anotace: This study aimed to identify and explain the planning for implementing administrator leadership training at the Regional BPSDM of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study uses a qualitative research type utilising a case study approach. Sources of data in this study use primary data sources and secondary data. They collect data in this study using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is based on data collection, data display, and checking the validity of the data using the test of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the planning process for administrator leadership training includes: an analysis of training needs, participation, training personnel, facilities and funding.
