effectiveness through the profit indicators.
Subsequently it is focused on some technical,
technological, energy, organization and other
reasons that are the cause of the present
less favourable state. In the field of future

choice, engagement and motivation of
employees, at the need to establish strategic
goals in each foundry and at the need
